Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some questions most of our customers frequently ask. If you don't see your question below please reach out to our team for more information. 212-548-9913 or email us at info@bcgomodules.com

HOW DO I START?

The first step is to secure finances. Once you have secured the necessary funds you are ready to get started! Contact us to schedule a free consultation where we will go over pricing in detail and provide you with any additional information to move forward with success.

WHERE CAN I GET FINANCED?

We recommend contacting your local bank for a personal loan or consider a cash-out refinance on your home or a home equity line of credit. We have additional finance partners for personal loans as well. If it is for business use, you can look into getting a business loan for the purchase. You can apply for a personal loan with a few of our third party finance companies. Typically you can get approval within 72 hours.

HOW MUCH MONEY DOWN TO START?

Payment: 40% down to secure a spot in our offsite construction schedule time line and begin the build process. An additional 40% is due once the project is half way through and a final 20% is due on the date for delivery.

WHAT TYPE OF FOUNDATION IS NEEDED?

The module is placed directly on the a ground supported by either limestone gravel tightly packed with lime stone blocks on all four corners. We don't recommend placing directly on the ground as the container needs airflow under the unit. Concrete pillars are a choice as well. Concrete slabs are fine so long as you have the blocking on all 4 corners for a 20ft container and 6 blocks for a 40ft unit. additional combined units require additional support.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

BC GO MODULES deliver on a flat bed tow truck this method allows for fast direct delivery without having to use a forklift and crane unless needed for hard to reach spaces. Delivery is typically around +/- $7/mile for deliveries under 500 miles. The price for states crossing Texas state lines consist of a flat rate along with the proper permits to cross state lines for delivery. (the permits are not expensive). Our delivery drivers handle the permits.

HOW IS THE MODULE PLACED ON MY PROPERTY?

We work hard to save you from having to rent an expensive crane or forklift, this can be costly rented daily. Our skilled drivers can tilt the truck into your ground ready area to then tilt the truck bed back on the 2 corners then on the opposite side corners. Now, if you have concrete piers then you will need a crane.
